A good friend of mine, Colin Renouf (Senior geek/techie at Lloyds Bank in London) has written a few Red Book (IBM stuff) on WebSphere. IBM's redbook is nice, but the most useful stuff is not documented. Back when I worked for IBM and had to use websphere we found all sorts of odd undocumented stuff. The most valuable information on websphere is actually undocumented, like the undocumented API used by IBM RAD tools. The redbook is a decent place to start, but it doesn't have everything.
